What the big platforms do, and what we took
Patterns pulled from Canvas / Instructure, Google Classroom, Blackboard Anthology, Moodle, Khan Academy and a spread of best-in-class product help centres — each mapped to a decision in this knowledge base.
All three guides have since been audited against the products themselves rather than written from memory. Every claim was checked against the student, teacher and administrator applications, and anything that could not be verified was cut rather than softened. That pass rewrote fifty-two first-draft claims and deleted an entire invented category; twenty-six more features were confirmed not to exist and are deliberately left undocumented. The full correction log and the verified-absent list are kept with the source, in docs/knowledge-base-audit.md.
